99 Luftballons – Erasmus szakmai látogatás Lipcsében

a Nyíregyházi Apáczai Csere János Általános Iskola és AMI öt pedagógusa augusztus 10. -17-ig szakmai látogatást tehetett Lipcsében a Johanna Moosdorf Iskolában.A szakmai hét folyamán-a mi tanórai időtartamunknak megfelelően- összesen 68 órán hospitáltunk, amely mindegyikéről hospitálási naplót vezettünk előre megbeszélt szempontok alapján, ami hasznos alapját képezi majd a mi iskolai tanóráink összehasonlításával. Azért is volt fontos, hogy az öt kolléga öt különböző tanulmányi területet képviseljen, hogy a megszerzett Jó gyakorlatokat a saját szaktárgyát tanító kollégáival meg tudja majd osztani, így a testnevelés-és sport, a művészeti tantárgyak, az idegennyelv oktatás- kiemelten a francia nyelv- és a természettudományok területén.
Mivel a 18 hónapig tartó projektünk témája az inklúzió, az elfogadás és befogadás, az esélyegyenlőség, ezért külön hasznos volt számunkra, hogy a lipcsei iskola ezekre kiemelt hangsúlyt fektet.
Az iskolaépület nem csak esztétikai szempontból kifogástalan, de a modern, 21.századi iskola elvárásait is minden szempontból kielégíti, többek között a hatalmas, mászófalas tornacsarnoka mellett paraolimpiai tornacsarnokkal is rendelkezik minden ehhez szükséges eszközökkel és kialakítással.
A más országokból újonnan érkező tanulók az úgynevezett DAZ (német, mint második idegennyelv) osztályokban kezdhetik meg tanulmányaikat, ahol kiemelt hangsúlyt fektetnek a német nyelv megfelelő elsajátítására, egymás kulturális különbségeinek elfogadására. Mivel az integráció kiemelt fontosságú, ezért a DAZ osztályokban eltöltött idő után a tanulókat a normál osztályokba integrálják.
Az egész iskolai légkörre jellemző a folyamatos érzékenyítés, a stresszmentesség, a nyugodt, lassú tempó, a végtelen türelem a pedagógusok részéről. Az elmélyülést támogatja a az oktatási rendszerük felépítése is: a tanórai egységek 1 óra 20 percesek, így egy nap folyamán ugyan kevesebb tantárggyal, de sokkal hatékonyabban tudnak a tananyaggal foglalkozni.
A második tanegység után egy közel 2 órás ebédszünet következik, ahol a gyerekek nyugodtan meg tudnak ebédelni, feltöltődhetnek és ekkor vehetnek részt a felzárkóztató és fejlesztő foglalkozásokon is.
Lehetőségünk volt az iskola szociális munkásánál, az iskolai klubhelyiségben is hospitálni és megvitatni a német és magyar iskolai szociális rendszer közötti különbségeket és hasonlóságokat.
Mivel a szakmai látogatások egyik célja a tudásmegosztás is, így Kutasi Angéla kolléganőnk két gimnáziumi osztályban is franciaórát tartott egy saját szerkesztésű digitális tananyaggal. Csütörtökön pedig-az iskola felkérésére- egy magyar kulturális piacot nyitottunk, ahol hétféle témakörben mutattuk be országunkat előzetesen elkészített digitális tananyag formájában: ételeink- ételkóstolóval egybekötve, történelmünk, magyar vizeink és halaink, művészetünk, magyar kifejezések, egykori NDK-s emlékeink, valamint iskolánk egykori tanítványa, Kapu Tibor űrutazása. Mindegyik bemutatóhoz kreatív tevékenységeket is kapcsoltunk, mint horgászat, virtuális gulyásleves főzés, magyar nyelvtörők, „magyar kulturális befőtt” készítése és üzenetek az űrbe. Pintye Barbara kolléganőnk alkotása jóvoltából pedig Kapu Tibor űrhajójában fényképezkedhettek a gyerekek.
Mind a kulturális piacunk, mind a franciaóra óriási sikert aratott az iskolában és büszkén hagyhattuk kulturális lábnyomunkat és az Apáczai hírnevét Németországban is.
Múzeumlátogatások keretében a tanórán kívüli tanulási lehetőségekkel bővíthettük a módszertani ötlettárunkat a történelem és a természettudományok terén.
Személy szerint szeretnék köszönetet mondani a Johann-Moosdorf-Schule tantestületének, Karsten Alber intézményvezetőnek, Cindy Darius Erasmus koordinátornak és Anja Schuster igazgatóhelyettesnek, akik vendégszeretetükkel, precíz szervezésükkel, nyitottságukkal és kedvességükkel támogatták ezt a szakmai hetet a tanévük első hetében.
Nem utolsó sorban szeretnék köszönetet mondani a négy nagyszerű kollégámnak, akikre még egy külföldi iskolában is büszke lehetek szaktudásuk, szociális készségeik és csapatszellemük tekintetében is.

five teachers from the Apáczai Csere János Primary School and AMI in Nyíregyháza were able to make a six-day professional visit to the Johanna Moosdorf School in Leipzig from August 11th.During the job shadowing week – in accordance with our lesson duration – we observed a total of 68 lessons, for each of which we kept a diary of observations based on previously agreed criteria, which will form a useful basis for comparing our school lessons. It was also important that the five colleagues represent five different fields of study, so that they could share the acquired good practices with their colleagues teaching their own subject, such as physical education and sports, art subjects, foreign language teaching – especially in the fields of French language and natural sciences.
Since the theme of our 18-month project is inclusion, diversity, equal opportunities, it was especially useful for us that the Leipzig school places special emphasis on these.
The school building is not only aesthetically impeccable, but it also meets the expectations of a modern, 21st-century school in every respect. In addition to its huge sport hall with a climbing wall, it also has a Paralympic sport hall with all the necessary equipment and design.
Newly arrived students from other countries can start their studies in the so-called DAZ (German as a second foreign language) classes, where special emphasis is placed on the proper acquisition of the German language and the acceptance of each other’s cultural differences. Since integration plays an important rola, after spending time in the DAZ classes, the students are integrated into regular classes.
The entire school atmosphere is characterized by continuous sensitization, stress-freeness, a calm, slow pace, and endless patience on the part of the teachers. The structure of their educational system also supports immersion: lesson units are 1 hour and 20 minutes long, so they can deal with fewer subjects in a day, but much more efficiently.
After the second unit, there is a nearly 2-hour lunch break, where the children can have lunch in peace, recharge, and then participate in catch-up and development sessions.
We had the opportunity to observe the school social worker and discuss the differences and similarities between the German and Hungarian school social systems in the school clubroom.
Since one of the goals of the professional visits is also knowledge sharing, our colleague Angéla Kutasi also taught French lessons in two high school classes with a digital material she had created herself. On Thursday, at the school’s request, we opened a Hungarian cultural market, where we presented our country in seven different topics in the form of pre-prepared digital curriculum: our food – combined with a food tasting, our history, Hungarian waters and fish, our Art, Hungarian expressions, our memories of the former GDR, and the space journey of our former student, Tibor Kapu. We also linked creative activities to each presentation, such as fishing, cooking virtual goulash soup, Hungarian tongue twisters, making a „Hungarian cultural jar” and messages into space. Thanks to the creation of our colleague Barbara Pintye, the children could take pictures in Tibor Kapu’s spaceship.
Both our cultural market and the French class were a huge success at the school and we were proud to leave our cultural footprint and the reputation of Apáczai in Germany.
Through museum visits, we were able to expand our methodological ideas in the fields of history and natural sciences with extracurricular learning opportunities.
I would like to personally thank the teaching staff of the Johann-Moosdorf-Schule, the head of the institution Karsten Alber, the Erasmus coordinator Cindy Darius and the deputy director Anja Schuster, who supported this professional week in the first week of their school year with their hospitality, precise organization, openness and kindness.
Last but not least, I would like to thank my four great colleagues, of whom I can be proud, even in a foreign school, for their professional knowledge, social skills, and team spirit.
